CAN I SPECIFY A TIME AND DATE FOR MY DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, you cannot specify a time and date. Frontman will provide to you, along with the Order Confirmation, a tracking number with which you can check the delivery time on the courier website.
WHAT HAPPENS IF FRONTMAN TRIES TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT WHEN I AM NOT IN?
Frontman will not deliver your product if you (or another person who is willing to sign for the delivery) are not present at the delivery address. If there is no one at the delivery address, the courier company will leave a card to confirm they have tried to deliver and you will need to contact them to re-arrange the delivery. For security reasons, Frontman will not allow alternative delivery options, such as delivery to a neighbour or leaving the order in a secure place in the garden or collection from the logistics hub. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but trust you understand this is due to the value of the products we will be delivering.
HOW DO I LOG IN TO CHECK MY ORDER?
We apologize, but there is no way to log into the site to check your order. We are happy to update you via email.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
No, this is not possible, you can only change your order up until the 'Review Order' screen. Once you have clicked on the ‘Pay’’ button, you will not be able to make any further changes. If you wish to change your order after this point, please contact Frontman Customer Service to discuss your options.

The diamonds set on every Frontman jewel-encrusted product have been purchased by Frontman from legitimate sources. Frontman hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. Black diamonds and coloured diamonds set on Frontman products are of natural origin and have been treated resulting in a homogenous colour grading. The effects of this treatment are permanent and do not require special care.
