WARRANTY- RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Frontman offers a 24-month limited international warranty on all its products. If the product gets damaged, we can repair it, please contact email@example.com
If you are a Customer based in the EU or the EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods,without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you wish to return a product, please contact Frontman Customer Service to arrange collection of your item(s). Items returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to satisfactory inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the refund for your products. As set out in our Consumer Retail (Online) Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund if the products are not returned in a perfect condition. We may deduct any costs which are required to restore the cancelled product to its original condition. We shall contact you before we make any such deduction. The shipping costs are at your expense, there will also be a deduction of €100 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) made for the collection of your products. This is to cover the costs of a courier to collect the products from you. Please note that online purchases of personalised items such as engraved products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

All orders will ship within 2 weeks, we deliver our products in 215 countries worldwide with fast and free shipping. To check your order we’ll update you via email and as soon as your order has been shipped, Frontman will send you an email to confirm the delivery date. Every effort will be made to deliver your order on the confirmed delivery date, but we are unable to specify a time. We only accepts payment in the currency as displayed on the website and as defined by your shipping country. Frontman will only accept one payment method for each order. We don’t do deliveries to multiple addresses,we ship all items within an order to the same address. You will have to sign your order upon delivery, Frontman is responsible for your order until the time of delivery and signature. Frontman will not deliver your product if you (or another person who is willing to sign for the delivery) are not present at the delivery address. If there is no one at the delivery address, the courier company will leave a card to confirm they have tried to deliver and you will need to contact them to re-arrange the delivery. For security reasons, Frontman will not allow alternative delivery options, such as delivery to a neighbour or leaving the order in a secure place in the garden or collection from the logistics hub.
